At ProKids, it’s not just a job. Our staff recruits, trains and supports our community volunteers who speak up for abused and neglected children in Hamilton County. These Court Appointed Special Advocates, called CASA Volunteers, depend on a passionate staff, dedicated to the vision of a safe, permanent and nurturing home for every child.

At its heart, our work is advocacy. And that work is meaningful and dynamic. Since 1981, ProKids has grown to serve an increasing number of children in the child protection system.

We are growing to serve more children! ProKids is now seeking the following:

Individual Giving Manager: ProKids is now seeking a full-time development professional who has demonstrated results in increasing financial support for a non-profit. We are looking or someone who has demonstrated results over at least two years, in either a development or a sales role. The Community Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining donor relationships so that ProKids can serve the best interests of abused and neglected children in Hamilton County into the future.

This is the third spot on this dynamic team for an Individual Giving Manager, added as ProKids keeps growing. To keep that momentum going, our work depends on energetic people who can collaborate in a team, communicate effectively, manage detailed financial information and complex relationships. Our relationship managers maximize Raisers Edge software in using data to increase our financial stability, create opportunities to deepen and broaden donor involvement, and cultivate our community on an ongoing basis.
