At ProKids, it’s not just a job. Our staff recruits, trains and supports our community volunteers who speak up for abused and neglected children in Hamilton County. These Court Appointed Special Advocates, called CASA Volunteers, depend on a passionate staff, dedicated to the vision of a safe, permanent and nurturing home for every child.

At its heart, our work is advocacy. And that work is meaningful and dynamic. Since 1981, ProKids has grown to serve an increasing number of children in the child protection system.

ProKids is seeking a community engagement manager who will focus on increasing brand awareness for the agency and volunteer recruitment with an eye on diverse audiences aligning with agency goals. We are looking for a professional who can build relationships, identify new opportunities for engagement and educate the Greater Cincinnati community about how they can personally change the lives of abused and neglected children. ProKids is seeking a database administrator who will maintain and update the CRM system as well as act as the primary data resource for the organization. We are looking for a collaborative, strategic problem-solver who can help the organization utilize fundraising data to further current and future goals and objectives.
