The first step in changing a child’s life is to attend a Snapshot. During a one-hour informational session, you will learn more about our mission, the incredible children we serve, and the many ways you can make a difference in a child’s life.

Learn About CASA Volunteers

A Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) is a trained volunteer who advocates on behalf of the best interest of a child in the child protection system. Children in foster care have occasional court hearings where important decisions are made regarding their future – including educational and medical needs, visits with family, and, most importantly, where the children will ultimately live. Be a CASA Volunteer

Give a child a voice. A Court Appointed Special Advocate, or CASA Volunteer, is a trained volunteer who advocates on behalf of the best interest of a child in the foster care system. Once you have attended a Snapshot, training begins in the ProKids CASA University. Classes are rotated through the year, including evening and Saturday sessions.
