At ProKids, it’s not just a job. Our staff recruits, trains and supports our community volunteers who speak up for abused and neglected children in Hamilton County. These Court Appointed Special Advocates, called CASA Volunteers, depend on a passionate staff, dedicated to the vision of a safe, permanent and nurturing home for every child.
At its heart, our work is advocacy. And that work is meaningful and dynamic. Since 1981, ProKids has grown to serve an increasing number of children in the child protection system.

ProKids is seeking a full-time development officer to join our team and serve abused and neglected children in Hamilton County. The ideal candidate can demonstrate results in increasing financial support for a non-profit and be ready to develop and maintain donor relationships, strengthening ProKids into the future.
We are looking for an energetic professional who can collaborate well, communicate effectively, administer and analyze detailed financial information and manage complex relationships. This dynamic member of our team will help ProKids maximize Raiser’s Edge software in using data to increase our financial stability, create opportunities to deepen and broaden donor involvement, and cultivate our community on an ongoing basis.
