As a part of our Court Appointed Special Advocate Program, (CASA), you will be trained and supported by ProKids staff on how to professionally advocate for a child’s best interest both in and out of court.

What is a CASA?
A Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) is a trained volunteer who advocates for a child who has experienced abuse and neglect. CASAs visit and get the know the child and make sure they have services and supports they need to thrive — like therapy, tutoring, or even summer camp. A CASA stays and advocates for the child until they find a safe, permanent, and nurturing home.
